ShakingTang was set up in 2019, while the Bubble Tea brand is a franchise from China combined with the street food section with over decades of experience in catering in the EU. We believe that the new generation of Chinese Food & Tea culture should be redefined in a young way as what they perceived from origins.

Barista Responsibilities
To provide a high standard of customer care by ensuring the smooth, efficient running of the bubble tea bar operations. Provide all guests with a consistently high standard of service by ensuring a warm welcome, delivery of accurate and efficient orders, and the attention to detail that ensures maximum guest satisfaction.
- To provide excellent, friendly, and courteous service to all customers.
- To ensure that guests are acknowledged and warmly welcomed to the bar.
- To maintain a high level of knowledge on product offerings.
- To ensure that all food & beverage areas are properly prepared and set-up prior to and after service.
- To participate in all relevant internal training.
- To maintain a positive, friendly, and professional attitude with both guests and your colleagues.
- To carry out cash handling procedures in accordance with Company policy.
The ideal candidates for this job will be:
- Excellent communication skills, Good command of the English Language, and fluent Chinese will be a plus.
- Someone with a proven track record of working with food or drink and following the SOP of the product to ensure consistent product quality.
- A desire to provide a consistently high standard of customer service
- The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility with regards to hours
- Impeccable self-presentation
- An enthusiast of cultural diversity and a fast learner who is willing to learn new skills and knowledge about bubble tea.
